Threads Settings

You have to create a Facebook application with” Access the Threads API” as Use case before filling the following details. 

In the application page in facebook, navigate to Use cases > Access the Threads API > Customize > Settings. 

Set the url of your site as the Site URL.

Note: We can use only https sites in Threads.

From the Threads application, you will get the application id and application secret. Enter these values in the space provided.

1. Enable auto publish post to my Threads account – If you want to publish your blog posts on Threads automatically, enable this option.
2. Application id – Enter the application id from the Threads application here.
3. Application Secret – Enter the Threads application secret here.

Posting Method – We have 3 posting methods

• Simple Text Message – We can add simple text messages to our Threads account with this option. A sample image is given below.
  
  
  

• Text Message with Image – Here we can add text and images on Threads
  

• Attach your blog post – Using this option we can attach the blog post with a Facebook post. A sample image of attaching the blog post on Threads is given below.
