Export Emails

We can export the emails in a list as csv file.

For this click the export emails link and it will display the email lists and export to csv link.

Click the “Export to CSV” link.

In this page you can select the fields to export and select the email status.

We can select active emails, pending emails, unsubscribed emails and all emails to export.

The batch size is used to reduce the server load while exporting a list. If the batch size is 500, it will export 500 emails in a single step and then another 500 and so on.
