How can I add a field to my contact form?

To add a new field in the contact form, please click the edit contact form or add a new contact form link.

Now you can see a section Form Elements and in this please select the Add Elements.

Now you can select the tag and create a new element or field.

For example if you want to add a new field ‘Last Name‘, please select the element tag ‘text field‘ . In this you can add the ‘Form Element Name‘ like ‘lastname’ and other optional parameters.

Now click the ‘Get Code’ link and it will generate a code.  The code will be something like [text-6].You can use this code in the forms section just left of the element section.

Now the form looks like “Your Name : [text-6]“
